February, 2021 presentation: viewing of Sand Country Wildlife, a 1960’s documentary that reveals some of the flora and fauna of the Anoka Sand Plain region.

This was one of a number of documentaries filmed and produced by Dr. Walter Breckenridge, Professor of Ecology at the University of Minnesota and longtime director at the Bell Museum of Natural History. This particular documentary was transferred from film to digital over a decade ago with a significant financial contribution by the Minnesota Native Plant Society.
