Laura Reuling is a researcher scientist at the University of Minnesota in the silviculture program. Her research explores applied questions about forest ecology, forest stand dynamics, and regeneration. Current projects include exploring stand development and forest composition in peatland forests, forest response to fire in northern Minnesota, and the impacts of biochar as a soil additive on seedling survival and growth.
