Dr. Elaine Evans is an extension educator at the University of Minnesota and a researcher at the University of Minnesota Bee Lab in the Department of Entomology. Her work focuses on conservation of native pollinators. She is author of the books “Befriending Bumble Bees” and “Managing Alternative Pollinators” and engages citizen scientists through the Minnesota Bee Atlas and Minnesota Bumble Bee Survey programs.
